24.8 Consignes de sécurité applicables aux taille-
haies
– Garder une distance de sécurité entre toute partie du
corps et la barre de coupe. Lorsque le couteau est en
marche, il ne faut pas essayer d'enlever des branches à
la main ou de tenir des branches à couper. Avant
d'enlever des branches coincées, il faut impérativement
arrêter la machine. Une seconde d'inattention, à
l'utilisation du taille-haies, peut occasionner des blessures
graves.
– Porter le taille-haies par la poignée, avec le couteau
arrêté. Pour le transport ou le rangement du taille-haies,
toujours monter le protège-couteaux. Utiliser la machine
avec précaution afin d'écarter tout risque de blessure par
le couteau.
– Tenir l'outil électroportatif par les surfaces isolantes des
poignées, car il est possible que le couteau entre en
contact avec des câbles électriques dissimulés. Si le
couteau entre en contact avec un câble sous tension, cela
risque de mettre les éléments métalliques de la machine
sous tension et de provoquer un choc électrique.
