IV Motokultivatora ilgtermiņa uzglabāšana
Ja motokultivatoru ir paredzēts ilgstoši uzglabāt, ir jāveic šādi pasākumi, lai izvairītos no rūsēšanas
un erozijas.
1. Noblīvējiet un novietojiet dzinēju tā, kā ir norādīts benzīna dzinēja rokasgrāmatā.
2. Novāciet netīrumus un dubļus no virsmas.
3. Izlaidiet smērvielu no pārnesumkārbas un iepildiet jaunu smērvielu.
4. Pārklājiet nekrāsotas daļas, kas nav izgatavotas no alumīnija sakausējuma, ar pretkorozijas
eļļu.
5. Uzglabājiet izstrādājumu drošā, slēgtā, labi vedināmā un sausā vietā.
6. Saglabājiet instrumentus, kvalitātes sertifikātu un ekspluatācijas rokasgrāmatu, kas ir
pievienota mašīnai.
Nodaļa VIII Traucējumu novēršana
Ja dzinēju neizdodas iedarbināt, pārbaudiet:
1. vai dzinēja slēdzis ir pozīcijā ON;
2. vai mašīnā ir pietiekošs smērvielas daudzums;
3. vai degvielas vārsts ir pozīcijā ON;
4. vai tvertnē ir degviela;
5. vai degviela sasniedz karburatoru; lai to pārbaudītu, operators var palaist vaļīgāk karburatora
izliešanas uzgriezni un uzstādīt degvielas vārstu pozīcijā ON.
Uzmanību! Ja izplūst degviela, rūpīgi novāciet to un ļaujiet nožūt pirms aizdedzes sveces
pārbaudes vai dzinēja iedarbināšanas, jo izlijusī degviela un tās tvaiki var izraisīt ugunsgrēku.
6. vai aizdedzes svecē rodas dzirkstele.
a. Noņemiet aizdedzes sveces vāciņu, novāciet putekļus un izņemiet sveci.
b. Uzstādiet aizdedzes sveces vāciņu uz sveces.
c. Savienojiet aizdedzes sveces metāla korpusu ar dzinēja cilindru bloka galvu. Viegli
pavelciet starteri, lai pārbaudītu, vai veidojas dzirksteles. Ja dzirksteles ir, uzstādiet
aizdedzes sveci atpakaļ un iedarbiniet dzinēju.
7. Ja dzinēju neizdodas iedarbināt, veiciet tā remontu pie pilnvarotā dīlera.
