- Quando l'operatore rilascia la leva della frizione, la frizione è disinnestata e la corrente del motore
non è trasmessa alla motozappatrice e le frese smettono di ruotare (vedere fig. 8).
Nota: una regolazione impropria del cavo della frizione compromette il normale utilizzo del prodotto.
- Prima controllare la tensione della leva della frizione. Normalmente la leva deve avere un gioco di
4-8 mm; se così non fosse, allentare il dado di fissaggio e regolare la leva. Terminata la regolazione,
stringere il dado di fissaggio.
- Se necessario, l'operatore può avviare il motore per controllare se la frizione si innesta e disinnesta
correttamente.
4. Regolazione della tensione della cinghia
Attenzione! La cinghia deve essere regolata presso un centro di assistenza designato
- Tenere premuta la leva della frizione ed alzare la puleggia di tensione per stringere la cinghia. Una
cinghia adeguatamente tesa è lunga in tensione tra 60 e 65 mm (vedere fig. 10)
- Se la tensione della cinghia non rientra nei limiti di tensione normale, necessita di una regolazione.
Prima di tutto, allentare i quattro dadi del motore; quindi se la cinghia è troppo molle, spingere in
avanti il motore, e se la cinghia è troppo tesa, spingere indietro il motore finché la tensione della
cinghia rientra nei limiti della norma. Infine stringere i dadi del motore e del piatto di connessione.
- Allentare i dadi del carter della cinghia e tenendo premuta la leva della frizione regolare lo spazio
tra il carter e la cinghia come indicato nelle figure.
5. Regolazione della leva di accelerazione
- Velocità normale: 1800±100 giri/min; velocità elevata: 3300±50 giri/min. La velocità può essere
regolata usando un contagiri.
