Sledite spodnjim navodilom:

1. Stroj postavite na ravno podlago.

2. Zategnite ročno zavoro.

3. Odprite pokrov motorja.

4. Ovijte trak na cev za izpust olja (9:E).

Uporabite nastavljivo prijemalo, poligrip ali

podobno.

5. Prestavite trak vzdolž cevi za izpust olje na-

vigo za 3-4 cm in od stranite pokrovček.

6. Olje zberite v vsebnik.

7. Olje oddajte v posebni zbirni center glede na

lokalno veljavne predpise.

8. Vstavite pokrovček na izpust olja in presta-

vite trak nad pokrovček.

9. Očistite morebitne oljne madeže, nastale

zaradi puščanja.

10. Izvlecite paličico in dolijte novo olje.

Za količino olja glejte »0 TABELO S

.

11. Pri vsakem dolivanju zaženite motor in pu-

stite, da teče najmanj 30 sekund.

12. Ugasnite motor. Počakajte 30 sekund in po-

novno preverite raven olja, kot je navedeno v

odstavku 9.5.1.

9.6 KONTROLA JERMENSKIH PRENOSOV

Preverite da so vsi jermeni brezhibni.

 



9.7 KRMILJENJE

 



9.7.1 Kontrole

Krmilo počasi obrnite nazaj in naprej.

Na verigah za krmiljenje ne sme biti nobene me-

hanske napake.

9.7.2 Nastavitev (

Po potrebi nastavite verige za krmiljenje po spodaj

opisanem postopku:

1. Postavite stroj tako, da bodo kolesa ravna.

2. Nastavite verige na sredino dveh matic, ki se

nahajata pod centralno točko

(17:A).

3. Nastavite obe matici enako, tako da bo vsak

prepih umaknjen.

4. Testirajte stroj tako, da ga premaknete naprej

v ravni liniji in preverjate, da je krmiljenje

centrirano.

5. Če ni centrirano, razrahljajte en vijak in pri-

vijte drugega.

     

     



9.8 AKUMULATOR

Tekočine v akumulatorju ne smete preverjati ali do-

livati. Edini vzdrževalni poseg na akumulatorju je

polnjenje akumulatorja, na primer po dolgem času

neuporabe.

Akumulator se lahko polni:

- s pomočjo motorja

- s pomočjo polnilnika za akumulator “GGP”.

9.8.1 

Ta možnost je mogoča le v primeru, da je akumu-

latorju ostalo toliko moči, da lahko zažene stroj.

• Premaknite stroj v odprt prostor.

• Stroj zaženite sledeč navodilom tega

priročnika.

• Pustite, da motor deluje neprekinjeno 45 minut

(čas, potreben za popolno napolnitev akumu-

latorja)

• Ugasnite motor.
