6. Odprite pokrov motorja in odstranite

pokrovček rezervoarja olja.

  

7. Odstranite pokrovček za izpust olja iz zadnje

osi (26:A).

8. Odstranite 2 pokrovčka za izpust s sprednje

osi. Uporabite cevni ključ 12 mm. Pustite, da

olje steče po sprednji osi in ceveh (27).

9. Preverite, da so tesnila na pokrovčkih

za izpust na sprednji osi brezhibna (27).

Ponovno namestite pokrovčke. Navor 15-17

Nm.

10. Preverite, da je tesnilo na pokrovčku za

izpust olja na zadnji osi brezhibno (26:A).

Ponovno namestite na zadnjo os. Privijte

pokrovček za izpust olja z lavoro 5 Nm.

      

     



11. Posesajte olje iz najglobljega dela rezervo-

arja z ekstraktorjem olja (27).

12. Olje odstranite glede na lokalne predpise.



1. Napolnite rezervoar olja z novim oljem.

2. Prevrite, da je ročica za sprostitev sklopke

zadnje osi izključena.

3. Zaženite motor. On zagonu motorja se

ročica transmisijskega odklopa zadnje osi

avtomatsko prestavi navznoter.

 

   

4. Izključite ročico za izklop pogona sprednje

osi.

    -

      

     

zrak v sistemu, kar se nikoli ne sme

5. Nastavite pedal pospeševalnika naprej ter ga

blokirajte z lesenim latice (29).

6. Pustite, da teče v položaju naprej eno mi-

nuto.

7. Odstranite leseni zatič in nastavite pe-

dal pospeševalnika v nasprotni položaj.

Nadaljujte z dolivanjem olja.

8. Pustite, da teče v nasprotnem položaju eno

minuto.

9. Vsako minuto, kot je bilo predhodno

določeno, menjujte smer vožnje in nadaljujte

z dolivanjem olja, dokler se ne prenehajo

pojavljati mehurčki.

10. Ugasnite motor, ponovno namestite

pokrovček (25:B) rezervoarja za olje in za-

prite pokrov motorja.

11. Stroj omogočite na različnih hitrostih nekaj

minut in po potrebi uravnajte raven olja v

rezervoarju.

9.8 KONTROLA JERMENSKIH PRENOSOV

Preverite da so vsi jermeni brezhibni.

 



9.9 KRMILJENJE

 



9.9.1 Kontrole

Krmilo počasi obrnite nazaj in naprej.

Na verigah za krmiljenje ne sme biti nobene

mehanske napake.

9.9.2 Nastavitev (31)

Po potrebi nastavite verige za krmiljenje po spodaj

opisanem postopku:

1. Postavite stroj tako, da bodo kolesa ravna.

2. Nastavite verige na sredino dveh matic, ki se

nahajata pod centralno točko (31).

3. Nastavite obe matici enako, tako da bo vsak

prepih umaknjen.

4. Testirajte stroj tako, da ga premaknete naprej

v ravni liniji in preverjate, da je krmiljenje

centrirano.

5. Če ni centrirano, razrahljajte en vijak in pri-

vijte drugega.

     

     


