8. Speciel vedligeholdelse
Det er nødvendigt regelmæssigt at vedligeholde eller udskifte nogle sliddele. Herunder findes der
specifikke instruktioner til hver type vedligeholdelse.
Inden der udføres vedligeholdelse, skal strømforsyningen til apparatet afbrydes.
8.1 Afmontering af ovnens lem
Det er mulig at afmontere helt ovnens lem for at tillade en omhyggelig rengøring.
Denne handling, selv om den kan udføres er ikke tilgængelig for enhver, idet der kræves kraft for at
holde fat i døren og lidt kundskab til at montere den igen. Hvis man ikke er sikker på at kunne klare
det, anbefaler vi at rense ovnens lem uden at afmontere den og i særlige tilfælde at henvende sig til
det nærmeste Service Center.
For at afmontere lemmet følges disse anvisninger:
• Ovnens lem åbnes og hængslenes sikringer kobles fra, ved at dreje de tilsvarende aksler A
tilbage (en for hver hængsel).
• Ovnens lem lukkes på klem indtil fjederspændingen aflastes (ovnens lem vil danne en ca 30°
vinkel).
• Med begge hænderne ledsages lemmets bevægelse mod lukningen og samtidig løfters den op.
• Dørens underdel drejes udad så hængslene B kommer til at stå frit udenfor deres sæder.
Det er muligt at fjerne det interne glas for at rengøre mere omhyggeligt.
Følg venligst nedenstående fremgangsmåde:
• slæk skruen C ved at dreje en halv
omgang for at tillade løftning af højre og
venstre glasholder;
• løft de to glasholdere og træk det interne
glas ud;
• følg modsatte fremgangsmåde i forhold til
instruktionerne ovenfor, for at genmontere
glasset.
