Posto di lavoro:

∙ Disporre l’apparecchio solo su una superficie piana, solida e re-

sistente al calore, mai su o vicino a una superficie calda (p. es.

piastra del forno).

∙ Non mettere l’unità sul bordo o sul bordo della superficie di

lavoro. Mantenere lo spazio attorno al set in modo da poter

lavorare abbastanza liberamente. Non coprire le fessure di ven-

tilazione.

Primi passi

∙ Pulire l’apparecchio e il cone per la spremitura con un panno umido. Fare attenzi-

one che l’apparecchio non sia collegato perché potrebbe azionarsi con una lieve

pressione sul cono per la spremitura.

∙ Srotolare il cavo di alimentazione dal vano apposito.

∙ Sistemare il contenitore per il succo sul corpo motore. Il beccuccio andrà posizionato

all’apertura.

∙ Mettere il setaccio all’interno del contenitore per il succo.

∙ Attaccare il cono per la spremitura.

Utilizzo:

∙ La stessa dovrà essere tagliata a metà.

∙ Mettere le due metà di frutta al cono. Con una leggera pressione del braccio di leva

di pressatura del cono strofina il succo dalla polpa. Non premere troppo forte, in

modo che il bianco parte più amara del pericarpo non sono raschiato.

∙ Il succo verrà raccolto all’interno del contenitore sottostante (ca. 750ml) e potrà

essere in seguito versato in un bicchiere attraverso il beccuccio apposito. Per riporre

il succo si solleverà il beccuccio.

∙ La polpa viene raccolta dal setaccio. E’ importante controllare che il setaccio non si

otturi.
