Lors de la première utilisation, la première gaufre n’est pas comestible pour des rai-
sons d’hygiène !
Gaufres doux :
250g farine
3 CS sucre
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
1 sachet de levure chimique
¼ CC sel
3 oeufs, sépas
125g de beurre fondu
300 ml de lait
Arôme de rhum
Le sucre à glacer pour décorer
Mélangez la farine, sucre, sucre vanillé, levure chimique et sel. Mélangez les jaunes
d’oeufs, lait, beurre et arôme. Incorporez la mélange farine. Battre les blancs d‘oeufs
et incorporez prudent.
Gaufres savoureuse :
250g farine
1 sachet de levure chimique
¼ CC sel
3 oeufs, sépas
300 ml de lait
Poivre
100g jambon en dés
100g fromage râpé
Mélange la farine, levure chimique et sel. Mélange les jaunes d’oeufs, lait, beurre et
poivre. Incorporez la mélange farine. Ajoutez le jambon et fromage. Battre les blancs
d’oeufs et incorporez prudent.
Tuyau :
Vous pouvez varier les ingrédients p.ex. ajoutez le pâte avec pommes râpées, raisins,
olives, etc. Babeurre ou la crème donne une saveur difrente. Autres types de pâte
à livres de cuisine peuvent être prépas facilement dans l’appareil. Laissez reposer la
pâte pour environ 30 minutes.
