Süße Waffeln
250 gr. Mehl
3 EL Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Päckchen Backpulver
¼ TL Salz
3 Eier, getrennt
125 gr. zerlassene Butter
300 ml Milch
Rum-Aroma
Puderzucker zum Dekorieren
Mehl, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Backpulver und Salz mischen. Eigelb, Milch, zerlassene
Butter und Aroma mixen. Mehlmischung unterheben. Das Eiweiß aufschlagen und
unterheben.
Salzige Waffeln
250 gr. Mehl
1 Päckchen Backpulver
¼ TL Salz
3 Eier getrennt
300 ml Milch
Pfeffer
100 gr. Schinken fein gerfelt
100 gr. Käse gerieben
Mehl, Backpulver, Salz mischen. Eigelb, Milch, zerlassene Butter und Pfeffer mixen.
Mehlmischung unterrühren. Den Schinken und den Käse zugeben. Das Eiweiß auf-
schlagen und unterheben.
Tipp:
Man kann die Zutaten variieren, indem man z. B. grob geraspelte Äpfel, Rosinen,
Oliven etc. unter den Teig mischt.
Buttermilch oder Sahne gibt eine andere Geschmacksrichtung.
Andere Teigarten aus Backbüchern lassen sich in dem Gerät mühelos zubereiten.
Den Teig ca. 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.
