Forberedelse til grillning
Inden grillning bør De pensle grillpladen med et tyndt lag olie. Så løsnes grillstyk-
kerne lettere og kan bedre vendes. Inden De lægger grillstykkerne på, så forvarm
apparatet med lukket glasafdækning i ca. 5 - 10 min. ved fuld styrke. Grillstykkerne
r være fuldstændig optøede inden grillningen. Anvend apparatet altid ved brug
af den vedlagte reflektorskål.
Dæk grillristen aldrig til med sølvpapir, da varmelegemets varme ellers ikke kan blive
tilført.
Brug aldrig kniv på grillpladen, da denne herigennem kan blive beskadiget.
Til grillning kan man lukke apparatet med glasafdækningen og stille glasafdæknin-
gen på skrå som vindskærm.
Nogle tip til grillning
Af hensyn til dit helbred:
Håret kød skal forarbejdes øjeblikkeligt!
Separat stegt fjerkræ fra rått kød, spis ikke rått og kog altid helt igennem.
Saltet kød eller pølser skal ikke grilles for meget
Lad ikke stivelsesholdige fødevarer (f.eks. Brød, kartofler) blive for mørke
Vigtig note
Koldpressede olier såsom B. Olivenolie bør ikke bruges som stegt fedt, da det har
dårlige stegegenskaber ved høje temperaturer.
På grund af de høje temperaturer (op til 250 ° C) dannes rester af olie, kødjuicer,
krydderier osv. På den varme grilloverflade, og non-stick-effekten mindskes. Disse
rester er også vanskelige eller umulige at fjerne fra grilloverfladen.
Brug derfor kun stærkt opvarmelige olier!
