Ca. 1 kg Lammrückenfilet oder Lammkeule
1 – 2 El Olivenöl
1 TL Garamasala Pulver oder Currypulver
1 –2 fein gehackte Knoblauchzehen
Bambus- oder Holzspieße
Zubereitung
Das Lammfleisch in gleich große Würfel schneiden und auf die Spieße stecken.
Auf der vorgeheizten Grillplatte grillen.
Joghurt–Sauce:
250 g Joghurt,
Saft von

Zitrone,
1 Knoblauchzehe fein gehackt,
1 Tl frische fein gehackte Minze
Salz und Pfeffer aus der Mühle.
Tipp
Wir empfehlen das Lammfleisch mit Joghurt-Sauce zu servieren.
