Rengøring og vedligeholdelse

Tag altid stikket ud af stikkontakten før rengøring

∙ Lad enheden køle ned til rumtemperatur

∙ Nedsænk ikke elektriske dele i vand

∙ Gryden kan rengøres i varmt vand med opvaskemiddel

∙ Hygiejne: I tilfælde af, at en vakuumpose bliver utæt under til-

beredning og/eller fødevaren flyder direkte ud i vandet, skal

enheden rengøres.

For at rengøre Sous Vide maskinen, gør da følgende:

∙ Rengøringsmidler:

∙ 1 gryde med min. 18 cm dybde og max. 25 cm i diameter

∙ 1 liter eddike

Grundet mineraler i vores vand fra hanen, kan der forekomme

en hvis belægning på varmelegemer og på kabinettet efter op-

varmning af vandet. Denne belægning påvirker varmeeffekten,

samt udseendet på enheden negativt. Derfor skal enheden ren-

gøres på følgende måde efter hver 20. anvendelse eller efter 200

timers anvendelse.

1. Sæt SV50 i gryden. Fyld med vand op til min. markeringen.

Tilsæt eddike (vær opmærksom på at skylle grundigt og

hurtigt med vand, hvis der sker kontakt med øjnene, hvis

øjet stadig er rødt, smertefuldt, i tårer og følsom overfor

lys, skal man søge læge.)

2. Tænd for enheden og sæt temperaturen til 80°C og timeren

til 3 timer.

3. Kontroller resultatet. Hvis belægningen ikke er væk, gentag

da trin 2. Hvis belægningen er væk, skyl da efter og lad en-

heden tørre grundigt før opbevaring.
