Wafels
Leg het wafeldeeg op de wafelplaat met een lepel (vul niet tot de rand). Sluit het
apparaat en bak de wafel volgens het recept. Tijdens het bakken moet het apparaat
gesloten blijven.
Klassieke wafels
300 gram Meel
½ liter melk
75 gr. suiker
100 gr. boter
2 eieren
10 gr. Bakpoeder
Snufje zout
Meng de bloem en het bakpoeder in een
kom. Voeg zout, suiker, gesmolten boter
en eieren toe. Voeg langzaam de melk
toe. Het deeg moet een uur rusten.
Zandwafels
200 gr. Boter
250 gr. Suiker
4 eieren
1 zakje vanillesuiker
Geraspte schil van een onbehandelde
citroen
125 gr. meel
125 gr. maïzena
1 eetlepel rum
Klop de boter met de suiker en de eieren
tot schuimig. Voeg de vanillesuiker en de
citroenschil toe. Voeg geleidelijk de blo-
em toe. Roer tot slot de rum erdoor. Het
deeg moet dik zijn.
Belgische wafels
500 gr. Meel
150 gr. Boter
6 eieren
50 gr. Suiker
1 snuifje zout
¾ l melk
1 theelepel aroma van sinaasappel of
rum
Meng de bloem met de suiker, zout, ges-
molten boter en eigeel. Voeg geleidelijk
de melk toe om een glad deeg te maken.
Voeg nu de smaak toe, sla het eiwit tot
het stijf is en til het voorzichtig onder het
deeg. Bak het deeg onmiddellijk.
