Mit etwas Phantasie kann man den Reisko-
cher zur Zubereitung von anderen Gerich-
ten verwenden, zum Beispiel:
Asiatische Reissuppe
1 kl. Zwiebel, gewürfelt
1 Knoblauchzehe
Ingwer
½ Messbecher gewaschenen Reis
150 ml Gemüsebrühe
50 ml Kokosmilch
Salz, Pfeffer
Öl
Den Schalter auf „Cook“ stellen, die Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer in Öl bei geschlos-
senem Deckel anschwitzen, dann den Reis hinzugeben. Mit Gesebrühe auffüllen
und den Deckel schließen. Nach 15 – 20 Min den Reis probieren, sobald dieser gar ist
die Kokosmilch hinzufügen.
Chili con Carne
1 kl. Dose Kidney Bohnen, abgegossen
2 Scheiben Schinkenspeck, gewürfelt
1 kl. Zwiebel, gewürfelt
100ml Gemüsebrühe
¼ Tasse Tomatenwürfel
Chili, Salz, Pfeffer
Den Schalter auf „Cook“ stellen, Schinkenspeck und Zwiebel kurz im innentopf an-
dünsten und dann alle weiteren zutaten hinzufügen und umrühren. Den Deckel
schließen. Nach ca. 15 – 20 Min. probieren und servieren.
Omelett
2 EL gekochten Schinken, gewürfelt
2 EL Paprika, gewürfelt
3 Eier
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Etwas Öl oder Butter
Den Schalter auf „Cook“ stellen, Schinken, Paprika, Öl oder Butter in den Innentopf
geben und bei geschlossenem Deckel andünsten. Die Eier mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
quirlen und über den Schinken gießen. Den Deckel auflegen und nach 10 Min. den
Garzustand prüfen. Den Innentopf vorsichtig entnehmen und das Omelett auf einen
Teller stürzen.
