Avec un peu d‘imagination, vous pou-
vez utiliser le cuiseur à riz pour la cuisson
d‘autres plats, par exemple:
Soupe de riz asiatique
1 oignon petit, coupé en dés
1 gousse d‘ail
Gingembre
½ gobelet gradué riz lavé
Bouillon de légumes, lait de coco
Sel, poivre
Huile
Réglez le commutateur sur «Cook», faire revenir loignon, l‘ail, le gingembre dans
l‘huile, puis ajouter le riz. Remplir avec le bouillon de légumes et fermer le couvercle.
Après 15-20 minutes goûter le riz.
Chili con Carne
1 petit canette de haricots, drainés
2 tranches de bacon, coupées en dés
1 petit oignon, coupé en dés
100ml de bouillon de légumes
¼ tasse de tomates en dés
Chili, sel, poivre
Réglez le commutateur sur «Cook», faire revenir le bacon et l‘oignon dans le pot inté-
rieur, puis ajouter tous les autres ingrédients et mélanger. Fermez le couvercle. Après
15 à 20 minutes goûter et servir.
Omelette
2 CS jambon cuit, en dés
2 CS piment rouge, en dés
3 œufs
Sel, poivre, noix de muscade
Un peu d‘huile ou de beurre
Réglez le commutateur sur „Cook“, entrez le jambon, les poivrons, l‘huile ou le beur-
re dans le pot intérieur et faire sauter avec le couvercle fermé. Fouetter les œufs avec
le sel, le poivre, la muscade et le verser sur le jambon. Placez le couvercle et vérifier
après 10 minutes la cuisson.
