Kameň na pečenie:
Nie je nutný žiadny olej ani tuk, tak sa zachová prirodzená chuť
mäsa, rýb a ostatných ingrediencií (okrem oleja pred prvým
použitím kameňa).
Gourmet grilovaciu panvicu používajte vždy hladkým povrchom
hore.
Je možné, že mäso alebo ryba sa „prilepí“ (mierne pripáli) pri
prvom použití spotrebiča. Mäso ani ryby neotáčajte, pokým sa
ľahko neuvoľňujú z povrchu.
Grilovací kameň je vhodný hlavne na prirodzené grilovanie
všetkých druhov šťavnatého mäsa, ovocia a zeleniny.
Smaltovaná zliatinová panvica (Č. dielu 99.44.00):
Namiesto kameňa na pečenie môžete použiť gourmet panvicu na
ohrev barbecue omáčok.
Ak otočíte panvicu dnom hore, získate veľkú grilovaciu plochu.
2. Zapekané pokrmy v panvičkách
Panvičky môžete naplniť rôznym typom najemno nakrájanými
ingredienciami, čímkoľvek, čo vás napadne, prekryť syrom a
zahrievať pod grilom, pokým sa syr neroztaví. Hodí sa všetko,
čo vás napadne, čo by sa dalo so syrom zapekať napr. mäso
nakrájané na tenké kúsky, hydina, ryby, klobásy, ovocie a zelenina.
Na trhu sú dostupné špeciálne syry na zapekanie, ale môžete
vyskúšať akýkoľvek s obsahom tuku viac ako 45%.
3. Pečenie „au gratin“ so syrom
Tento gril môžete použiť pre hotové pokrmy pripravené na grile
s jemnou syrovou krustou. Len posypte nastrúhaný syr prípadne
zmiešaný so syrom na pokrm, alebo použite plátky syra a vložte
gourmet panvicu pod gril. Gourmet panvica bude ohrievaná zhora
teplom ako pod grilom. Najskôr sa syr roztaví, potom stmavne.
Panvicu vyberte ihneď ako syr stmavne dozlata.
