4. Ur-Raclette
Hier steht der Käse im Mittelpunkt der Raclette-Party. Planen Sie etwa 200-250 g
Käse und Kartoffeln pro Person und dazu noch Beilagen ein. Legen Sie eine 1/2 cm
dicke, passend zurechtgeschnittene Käsescheibe in die Pfanne und schieben es unter
den Grill. Wenn der Käse cremig geschmolzen ist, nehmen Sie den Käse mit Hilfe ei-
nes Holz-Spatels heraus und reichen dazu z. B. Pell- oder Folienkartoffeln, Baguette
oder Toast.
5. Pizza
Heizen Sie das Gerät mit Ober-/Unterhitze auf. Rollen Sie ihren Pizzateig aus und
stechen sie ihn mit dem beigefügten Teigausstecher aus. Legen Sie den ausgesto-
chenen Teig in die Pfännchen. Nun können Sie den Teig nach Belieben belegen und
in das Gerät schieben. Die Backzeit beträgt ca. 5 Minuten, je nach gewünschtem
Bräunungsgrad.
