Plaats geen vreemde voorwerpen in de kom voor het gebruik van het apparaat.

Plaats voedsel in de kom. Vergrendel het deksel op de chopper met een draaiende

beweging. Plaats vervolgens het motorgedeelte op de chopper en zet deze met een

roterende beweging vast. Zet de chopper maximaal 2 minuten aan. Verwijder het

deksel alleen als de messen tot stilstand zijn gekomen.

Opkloppen (garde)

∙ Geschikt voor het opkloppen van lichtere ingrediënten zoals

eiwitten, room en bakmixen.

∙ Niet geschikt voor zware mengsels zoals margarine en suiker – de

garde zou kunnen beschadigen

∙ Klop niet meer dan 4 eiwitten of 400 ml room tegelijk op. Druk

op de high-speed of turbo knop. Beweeg de garde met de klok

mee.

Potato-Masher

∙ Geschikt voor het pureren van gekookte groenten, zoals aardap-

pelen, bieten en wortelen. Giet het kookvocht eerst af.

∙ Pureer nooit hard of ongekookt voedsel.

∙ Gevaar! Risico op brandwonden! Wanneer er direct in de pan ge-

pureerd wordt kijk dan uit voor hete stoom, pureer nooit tijdens

het koken.

∙ Pureer nooit met geweld

∙ Bevestig de aardappel-stamper met een draaiende beweging op

het motordeel.

∙ Selecteer een laag toerental (2-3).

∙ Beweeg de stamper op en neer, zonder grote druk, tot de ge-

wenste consistentie is bereikt.
