Application
Til brug af råt eller kogt kød, bacon, fjerkræ, fisk. Brug aldrig dybfrosset kød!
Skriver: 3, 5, 8mm.
Skær maden I terninger
For at producer tartar, hakkes kødet to gange med en 3 mm skive.
Skub ikke for hårdt med stokken.
Anvendelse
Tilslut ikke enheden under montering!
Tilslut enheden, og vælg hastigheden på niveau 1 eller 2.
o Niveau 1 (langsom) til 8 mm perforeret skive, til pølsefyld og kibbe
o Niveau 2 (hurtig) til perforerede skiver 5 og 3 mm.
Brug stokken til forsigtigt at skubbe maden ind i tragten
Læg aldrig finger eller andre genstande I påfyldningsrøret. Brug kun den
medfølgende stok. Læg aldrig knogler osv I enheden. Brug kun lidt frossen
mad, ingen dybfrossen. Hvis appararatet er blokeret, skal du trykke på severse-
ringsknappen, sluk for enheden og åben gevindringen, og fjern forhindringen.
Beskyttelse af motoren:
Betjen ikke enheden uden mad
Lad ikke enheden køre i mere end 5 minutter
Lad en pause på ca. 10 minutter mellem arbejdstrinnene
Hvis motoren er overbelastet, kører motorbeskyttelsen. Vent cirka 30 minutter, og

Indsæt bladet og skiven
Læg den ønskede pølseudstyr på skiven og fastgør den med gevindringen.
Lag et lunkent og gennemblødt pølseskind på pølseanordningen og fyld pølserne
med hakket og krydret kød. Fyld ikke for stramt
