This appliance is designed for domestic and not industrial use. Keep the
instruction for us in a safe place!
Safety information
Connect and operate the appliance only in accordance with the specifications
on the rating plate.
Do not use if the cord or appliance is damaged. Always check before using the
appliance! Keep children away from the device. Danger of burn! Persons with
reduced experience or insufficient knowledge should not use the appliance,
exept a person in charge of their safty take care or supervice, how the
appliance is used.
After using the appliance or if the appliance malfunctions, always pull out the plug.
Never pull at the cord set. Do not chafe it over edges or squeeze it.
Keep the power supply cord away from hot parts.
Never leave the appliance unattended when operating.
Do not put anything on the apliance.
Do not leave the apliance outdoors or in a damp area.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged (for example if it felt down).
The manufacturer is not liable for damage occurred by using the apliance in
another way than described or if a mistake in operating has been made.
The apliance becomes very hot. Do not move the apliance until it has cooled down!
To prevent injury, repairs such as replacing a damaged cord, should only be
carried out by customer service.
The appliance is not suitable to be used with an extenal timer or a separate
remote control.
Attention! Housing and glass get hot, Risk of burns! Don´t place the device
on a sensitive surface (c.g. painted furniture) and keep distance of at least 70 cm to
burnable materials (c.g. curtains).
Put into operation of the appliances
Important! Heat up the appliance for about 10 min. before baking or grilling
to eliminate any produktion-oil.
1. Operation of the baking oven
Put switch in position and choose the cooking time with the time . As the
mechanism of the timer works mechanical the time has to be turned to 90 min. and
then back to the desired time and temperature.
The control lamp lights.
If the time is up a bell rings and the lamp switches off.
2. Grilling
Put switch in position . Timer to the desired time, the temperature to 240°c.

Please use the enclosed handle to put out the grid or to pull out the pan.
3. French fries tray
to fatfree baking, insert the tray into the pan and put the pan on the grid. Turn the
switch to and turn the thermostat to 200°c.
4. Defrost and keep warm
turn timer on and turn the switch on and the thermostat on .
5. Rotisserie grilling
Fix a rotisserie fork at the spit. Put the tied meat or poultry on the spit and fix it with the
second rotisserie fork.
Be careful, that the meat is in the middle of the spit. Put the spit with the meat on the
rotisserie handle and put the top of the spit into the spit motor opening on the right side
of the inner housing. Then put the the other side of the spit on the spit holder.
Place the drip pan on the lower heating element, turn the function switch to and the
thermostat to 250°C. Adjust the grilling time by the timer.
Note
After having finished with baking and grilling turn back the switch and thermostat to „
“ resp. „OFF“ .
Cleaning and care
Always pull out the mainsplug and let cool down the grilling oven before
cleaning or mending.
Do not splash water at the glass door when it is still hot
Clean the door, the metal parts and the coated surfaces with washing-up-
liquid. Let everything get well dry.
Never use acidic cleanser, things which scatch or steel wool to clean your
appliance.
Clean all other parts with a damp cloth.
