Ferment / Joghurt
Basiseinstellung: 36°C, Unterhitze, 1 h
Veränderbarer Bereich: 35 – 45°C, 1 Min – 10 h
Drücken Sie die Menu-Taste und wählen Sie das Programm „Ferment“.
Zum Verändern der Basiswerte:
∙ Die Temperatur-Taste drücken und mit der Auswahl-Taste die gewünschte Tempe-
ratur zwischen 35 und 45°C wählen.
∙ Die Timer-Taste 1 Mal drücken um die Minuten von 1 bis 60 zu ändern.
∙ Die Timer-Taste 2 Mal drücken um die Stunden von 1 bis 10 zu ändern.
∙ Anschließend die Start-Taste drücken.
Bread
Drücken Sie die Menu-Taste und wählen Sie das Programm „Bread“. Drücken Sie an-
schließend die Start-Taste.
Das Gerät startet mit der Garstufe bei 36°C für 30 Min. Danach schaltet das Gerät au-
tomatisch auf das Basisprogramm „Bread“ bei 165°C für 60 Min. Die Zeit beginnt erst
zu laufen, wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist. Während des Betriebs ist das Programm
nicht veränderbar.
Soll anschließend zusätzliche Backzeit oder Temperatur eingestellt werden, kann
man die Zeit von 1 Min. bis 2 h und die Temperatur zwischen 150 und 200°C verän-
dern.
∙ Drücken Sie die Menu-Taste und wählen Sie Ober- /Unterhitze oder Unterhitze aus.
∙ Die Temperatur-Taste drücken und mit der Auswahl-Taste die gewünschte Tempe-
ratur einstellen.
∙ Die Timer-Taste drücken und mit den Auswahl-Tasten die gewünschte Zeit einstel-
len.
∙ Anschließend die Start-Taste drücken.
Defrost
Drücken Sie die Menu-Taste und wählen Sie das Programm „Defrost“. Drücken sie
anschließend die Start-Taste.
Das Basisprogramm mit 30 Min. und 60°C startet. Die Zeit kann von 1 Min. bis 2 h
verändert werden.
∙ Die Timer-Taste 1 Mal drücken um die Minuten von 1 bis 60 zu ändern.
∙ Die Timer-Taste 2 Mal drücken um die Stunden von 1 bis 2 zu ändern.
∙ Anschließend die Start-Taste drücken.
