Recept
Plangrillning
Bulta inte grillköttet, utan tryck det endast lätt och lägg det därefter i for-
men igen. Stick aldrig i köttet eftersom saften annars rinner ut och köttet
torkar vid stekning.
Om köttet ska möras eller smaken ändras så lägger man det i en marinad och låter
dra däri en längre tid.
Frysta stycken läggs direkt i marinaden och får tina upp där. Innan stekning får köttet
droppa av och torkas.
Bratwurstkorv
Du kan använda tjocka eller tunna korvar beroende på smak. Tunna grillkorvar passar
bäst. Lägg korvarna i varmt vatten några minuter, tills de känns hårda och torka av
den ordentligt med en ren duk.
Lägg dem på gallret och skjut in det.
