Tips

∙ Det tilrådes at tilberede ismassen, som skal være kogt, dagen før den skal spises, og

køle den af i køleskabet, inden den bliver hældt i ismaskinen.

∙ Små mængder spiritus må først blandes i til sidst (Pas på, hvis isen er til børn).

∙ Der må aldrig stikkes fingre eller genstande ind i åbningen.

∙ Jo højere fedtindhold ingredienserne har, desto blødere bliver isen.

∙ Med hensyn til opskrifterne skal der tages højde for, at kold iscreme smager min-

dre sødt end den varme grundmasse.

∙ Fyld kun beholderen halvt op, fordi massen udvider sig, når den bliver frosset, og

ismassen kan løbe over.

∙ Hjemmelavet iscreme bliver ikke så fast som industrifremstillet is.

∙ Det anbefales at fryse en kølebeholder mere til en anden slags is i forvejen og

holde den parat i fryseskabet. Disse beholdere kan bestilles fra Stebas serviceafde-

ling eller købes i butikkerne, der forhandler ismaskinen (Art.Nr. 99-40-00 Kølebe-
