Bereiding van voedsel
Veel voedingsmiddelen uit de vriezer zoals friet, nuggets, cevapcici, gepaneerde
groenten, vissticks, bladerdeeg kunnen worden bereid in dit apparaat.
Frites kunnen vooraf worden gekruid in een kom met een paar druppels olie, zout,
kerrie of knoflook. Schud de patat tijdens de bereiding om voor een gelijkmatige
bruining.
Voor het bereiden van verse frites, aardappelpartjes, aardappel kubussen etc.,
droog de stukjes goed.
Garnalen in een jasje van bacon, gevulde mini-paprika, gevulde champignons, ge-
marineerde drumsticks, kippenvleugels of saucijzenbroodjes kunnen ook succesvol
worden bereid.
Door de intense warmte in de air fryer, moet het voedsel regelmatig gecontroleerd
worden tijdens het koken.
Zetmeelrijke producten (zoals aardappels) mogen niet warmer dan 180°C worden
gebakken. Verbrand voedsel is schadelijk.
Gevogelte moet altijd goed worden gekookt vanwege salmonella.
