Tilberedning af madvarer
Mange madvarer som ligger på køl, blandt andet pomfritter, nuggets, panerede
grøntsager, fiskepinde m.m., kan energibesparende tilberedes i apparatet.
Pomfritterne kan inden tilberedningen lægges i en skål med lidt olie, salt og evt.
karry eller hvidløg. Pomfritterne vendes under tilberedningen
Ved frisk tilberedning af pomfritter, kartofler m.m. er det vigtigt at afrre maden
inden tilberedningen
Det er også muligt at tilberede rejer med bacon, fyldte minipaprika, champignons,
marineret kyllingelår og pølser i butterdej
Grunden den intensive varme i apparatet, skal madvarerne kontrolleres.
Madvarer der indeholder stivelse (f.eks. kartofler) burde ikke tilberedes på mere
end 180°C. Madvarer der er brændt på er skadelige.
Kylling skal altid være gennemstegt for at undgå faren for salmonella
