Zubereitung von Speisen
Viele Lebensmittel aus der Kühlung, wie Pommes, Nuggets, Cevapcici, paniertes
Gemüse, Fischstäbchen oder gefüllte Blätterteigtaschen lassen sich in dem Gerät
energiesparend zubereiten.
Pommes kann man vor dem Zubereiten in einer Schüssel mit einigen Tropfen Öl, Salz,
evtl Curry oder Knoblauch durchmischen. Während der Zubereitung die Pommes
durchmischen damit sie gleichmäßig gebräunt werden.
Bei der frischen Zubereitung von Pommes, Wedges, Kartoffelwürfeln, etc. die ge-
schnittenen Teile gut abtrocknen.
Aber auch Scampi in Schinkenspeckmantel, gefüllte Minipaprika, gefüllte Champig-
nons, marinierte Hähnchenschenkel oder –Flügel, Wiener Würstchen im Blätterteig
gelingen sehr gut.
Durch die intensive Hitze im Garraum müssen die Lebensmittel kontrolliert werden.
