Mayonaise
4 eierdooiers
4 theelepels mosterd
1 theelepel witte wijnazijn
Zout en peper
250ml olijfolie
Meng de eidooiers met de kruiden op
niveau 2 en roer de olijfolie er voor-
zichtig bij door de opening in de dek-
sel. Gedurende 1 minuut laten mixen.
Kruidensaus
2 zoete paprika’s, gesneden
2 handvol kruiden (peterselie, bies-
look, kervel, lavas, basilicum)
1 – 2 teentjes knoflook
10 eetlepels olijfolie
1 theelepel citroensap
Zout en peper
4 gekookte eieren, gehakt
Mix alle ingrediënten op niveau 1 tot
en met 3. Voeg vervolgens de eieren
toe.
Ananas-Koriander
Saus
1 verse ananas, geschild en gesneden
2 theelepels gember, geraspt
2 kleine chilipepers, gesneden
1 eetlepel citroensap
40g verse koriander
2 eetlepels cherry
2 eetlepels honing
2 theelepels sojasaus
Mix alle ingrediënten op niveau 1 – 4.
Toscaanse Brood
Saus
1 grote ui, gesneden
6 teentjes knoflook
½ kop amandelen
3 sneetjes wit brood
1 blik hele tomaten
3 theelepels olijfolie
2 Spaanse pepers, gesneden
¼ kop witte wijnazijn
1 kopje groentebouillon
1 theelepel paprika specerijen
1 theelepel zout
¼ theelepel gemalen peper
Braadt de uien, knoflook en olie.
Voeg de amandelen toe en mix deze
op niveau 1 gedurende 15 seconden.
Voeg de overige ingrediënten toe en
zet het apparaat op Mix & Koken
gedurende 10 minuten. Mix de soep
vervolgens op niveaus 1 – 4.
