Majonaise
4 Eigelb
4 TL Senf
1 TL Weisweinessig
Salz, Pfeffer
250 ml Olivenöl
Das Eigelb mit den Gewürzen auf Stufe
2 mixen und durch die Einfüllöffnung
das Öl langsam zugeben. Ca 1 Minute
aufschlagen.
Kräutersoße
2 kleingeschnittene Paprikaschoten
2 handvoll gemischte Kräuter
(Petersilie, Schnittlauch, Kerbel,
Liebstöckel, Basilikum)
1 - 2 Knoblauchzehen
10 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Zitronensaft
Salz, Pfeffer
4 hart gekochte, gehackte Eier
Alle Zutaten in den Mixer geben und
auf Stufe 1 - 3 mixen. Die Eier dann
unterheben.
Ananas Koriander
1 frische Ananas geschält und ohne
Strunk
2 TL geriebener Ingwer
2 kleine rote Chili geschnitten, bei
Bedarf entkernt
1 EL Zitronensaft
40 g frischer Koriander
2 EL süßer Sherry
2 EL Honig
2 TL helle Sojasauce
Alle Zutaten in den Mixer und auf
Stufe 1 bis 4 grob zerkleinern.
Toskanische
Brotsoße
1 große Zwiebel, grob geschnitten
6 Knoblauchzehen geschält
1/2 Tasse Mandeln
3 Scheiben gewürfeltes Weißbrot
1 Dose ganze Tomaten, abgegossen
3 TL Olivenöl
2 Peperoni geschnitten
1/4 Tasse Weisweinessig
1 Tasse Gemüsebrühe
1 TL geräucherte Paprika
1 TL Salz
1/4 TL gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
Das Öl in den Mixer geben und bei
geschlossenem Deckel die Zwiebel
und die Knoblauchzehen auf Stufe
Kochen anbraten. Wenn die Zwiebeln
weich sind die Mandeln zugeben. Auf
Stufe 1 ca. 15 Sekunden mixen. Die
anderen Zutaten zugeben und auf
Stufe Kochen und Mixen 10 Minuten
kochen. Danach 1 Minute die Soße
stufenweise von 1 - 4 aufmixen.
