120 ml Wasser
1. Die Zutaten mit Olivenöl und Wasser zu einen glatten
Teig rühren
2. den Teig ruhen lassen bis er sich verdoppelt hat
3. nach Belieben belegen und backen bei 160° C Heißluft
- ca. 15 Minuten
Pizzabrötchen
4 Baquette Brötchen
100 g Salami
100 g Dosenchampignons
4 Peperoni
1 rote Paprika
300 g Gouda
4 TL Pizzagewürz
12 EL Sahne
1. Salami, Champignons, Paprika und Käse würfeln.
Peperoni in kleine Stücke schneiden
2. alles in einer Schüssel mit Sahne und Pizzagewürz
vermischen
3. die Brötchen halbieren und die Masse auf die lften
verteilen
auf 160° C Heißluft ca. 15 Minuten garen
