Schweinemedaillons
für 4 Personen:
500 g Schweinefilet
Salz
Pfeffer
200 - 250 ml
Creme fraiche
1 - 2 EL Tomatenmark
120 ml Madeira-Wein
1. Schweinefilet in Medaillons schneiden. Salzen und
pfeffern. In die Auffangschale mit Siebeinsatz legen
und auf 180° C ca. 20 Min. garen.
2. In einer Schüssel Creme fraiche, Tomatenmark und
Madeira-Wein verrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer ab-
schmecken.
3. Die Schweinemedaillons in die Auffangschale legen,
mit der Soße übergießen und 2 Minuten mit der 400
Watt Mikrowelle erhitzen.
Lamm Curry
für 4 Personen:
ca. 1 kg Lammkeule
ohne Knochen
Saft einer Zitrone
Salz
Pfeffer
2 Zwiebeln
2 Äpfel
4 Tomaten
1 Knoblauchzehe
80 g Kokosraspeln
3 EL Curry
1 TL Paprikapulver
½ TL Ingwer
1 TL Butter
ca. ¼ l Wasser
1. Fett von der Keule abschneiden.
2. Das Fleisch in der Pfanne von allen Seiten scharf an-
braten.
3. In die Auffangschale so viel Wasser und Zitronensaft
geben, dass der Boden bedeckt ist. Das Fleisch hinein-
legen.
4. Zwiebeln und Äpfel schälen und dazu geben.
5. Tomaten schälen und pürieren. Mit zerdrücktem
Knoblauch, Kokosraspeln, Curry, Paprikapulver, Ing-
wer und zerlassener Butter vermischen.
6. Dielfte der Masse auf der Lammkeule verstreichen.
Restliche Masse zu den Äpfeln und Zwiebeln geben.
7. Das Lamm 60 Minuten auf 180°C garen.
