налейте тесто на середину рабочей поверхности
опустите распределитель теста на короткое время в воду, затем равномерно
распределите им тесто по рабочей поверхности. Следите за тем, чтобы слой
теста был достаточно тонким
Через 90-120 секунд переверните блин с помощью лопатки
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: приведенные выше цифры являются примерными и зависят от
ряда факторов (ингредиенты, консистенция теста и тп). Если увидите, что блины
начинают пригорать, убавьте температуру.
