Installation

∙Træk kablet af kabelholderen.

∙Tilslut enheden i henhold til oplysningerne på typeskiltet, drejeknappen lyser

grønt.

∙Første gang du benytter crepebagepladen, kan der udvikle sig en let røg. Det hol-

der dog op efter få minutter.

∙Varm enheden op med den maksimale termostatindstilling, det røde lys lyser.

∙Du har nået den optimale temperatur, så snart kontrolhjulet lyser grønt igen.

∙Hæld dejen på crepebagepladen i små portioner som beskrevet i opskriften på

bagepladen.

∙Mens crepen bager, kan den røde lampe tænde og slukke gentagne gange. Det

viser, at termostaten virker.

∙Når crepen er færdig, skal den fjernes fra bagepladen med en træ- eller plastikspa-

tel, så crepebagepladens overflade ikke bliver ridset.

∙Når den røde lampe slukker, kan du fordele den næste lille portion dej på crepe-

bagepladen.

∙Crepebagepladen er uegnet til at stege kød med.

∙Træk strømstikket ud efter brug.

Opskrift til crepedej:

250 g mel

4 æg

50 g smeltet smør

5 dl mælk (eller 2,5 dl mælk + 2,5 dl danskvand)

Salt

Aroma (fx rom)

Vaniljesukker

Crepedejen laves af kun lidt mel og rigelig væske. Rør mælken godt sammen med

æggene og melet. Rør det smeltede smør og eventuelt lidt danskvand i dejen og lad

den hvile i mindst 30 minutter. Crepedejen skal fordeles hurtigt på den varme plade

i et tyndt lag.

Tilberedning af crepes

Smør lidt olie på crepebagepladen med en pensel.

Hæld lidt dej på pladen og fordel den ensartet med skraberen med en drejebevæ-

gelse.
