Belangrijk:

Plaats dit apparaat nooit op of naast hete oppervlakken (bijvoor-

beeld hete kachels). Gebruik het alleen op een gelijk, stabiele en

hittebestendig oppervlak. Het is belangrijk dat er geen ontvlam-

bare items zijn in de buurt van het apparaat. Plaats het apparaat

niet op de rand van een tafel of werkblad zodat het niet door

kinderen kan worden aangeraakt, of vallen als u het aanraakt.

Aan de slag

∙Wikkel de kabel af.

∙Sluit het apparaat aan volgens de instructies op het typeplaatje, de draaiknop

brandt groen.

∙Bij het eerste gebruik kan het apparaat roken. Na een paar minuten zal deze rook

verdwijnen.

∙Verwarm het apparaat tot de maximale temperatuurinstelling, het rode lampje

brandt.

∙U heeft de optimale temperatuur bereikt zodra de draaiknop weer groen brandt.

∙Voeg, volgens het recept, het deeg in kleine hoeveelheden toe op het apparaat.

∙Tijdens de kooktijd zal het lampje uit- en inschakelen, de thermostaat werkt.

∙Als de crêpe klaar is, verwijder deze dan met een houten of kunststof spatel zodat

de coating niet beschadigd.

∙Als het rode lampje uit gaat, kunt u de volgende kleine hoeveelheid deeg op het

apparaat toevoegen.

∙Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor het braden van vlees.

∙Trek na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Basisrecept

250 gram bloem

4 eieren

50 gram gesmolten boter

500 ml melk (of 250 ml melk + 250 ml bruisend mineraalwater)

Zout

Aroma (bijvoorbeeld rum)

Vanillesuiker

Het beslag heeft een beetje bloem nodig en veel vocht. Meng de melk goed met de

eieren en de bloem. Voeg de gesmolten boter toe en roer eventueel het bruisende

mineraalwater toe en laat het deeg 30 minuten rusten/zwellen. U dient het deeg

snel en dun over de hete plaat te verspreiden met behulp van de natte houten ver-

spreider.
