Assembling

∙Remove the carriage table 2) from the underside of the device (underside of the

carriage lead). Then open the folded carriage lead completely.

∙Insert the hand guard 4) into the carriage table 2).

∙Place the carriage at a 90 ° angle on the carriage lead and let it sink in the direction

of the blade.

∙Then hang the food holder 5) on the hand guard.

Usage

∙Do not connect the device during assembly!

∙Only use the device when it is completely assembled!

∙Take the cable from the cable storage and connect the device.

∙Simultaneously press the safety switch (rear) and the power button (top) to start

the device. The power button must always be held down.

∙The slice thickness can be selected between 0 and 17 mm with the adjusting

wheel 7).

∙Press the food against the moving blade without applying too much pressure on

the carriage. Always use the hand protection and food holder.

∙Tip: if you want to cut different foods one after the other (e.g. cheese, sausage), it

is advisable to cut a slice of bread in between to prevent odour and taste transfer.

Storage

∙Remove the carriage from the lead and fold the carriage lead onto the device.

∙Stow the cable in the cable compartment.

Protecting the motor:

∙Do not operate the device without food

∙Do not let the device run for more than max. 5 minutes.

∙Let the device cool down between the work steps.
