I have just bought a brad nailer model STHT1-12184 (APC-BC). : 1150

I have just bought a brad nailer model STHT1-12184 (APC-BC). According to Screwfix catalogue this gun accepts their 16ga Brad nails.(Screwfix ref 91803). I thought you could only use a max 18gauge with this tool or am I wrong?
