Garantie van één jaar
Stanley Tools garandeert elektrische meetapparatuur tegen defecten in materialen en
afwerking voor één jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop.
Defecte producten worden gerepareerd of vervangen naar goeddunken van Stanley Tools
indien ze samen met het aankoopbewijs worden verzonden naar:

Deze Garantie is niet van toepassing op schade veroorzaakt door ongelukken, slijtage,
toepassingen die niet in overeenstemming zijn met de aanwijzingen van de fabrikant of een
reparaties of wijziging die niet door Stanley Tools geautoriseerd is.
Reparatie of vervanging onder deze Garantie heeft geen invloed op de verloopdatum van de
Garantie.
Voor zover door de wet is toegestaan is Stanley Tools onder deze Garantie niet aansprakelijk
voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade veroorzaakt door defecten aan dit product.
Deze Garantie mag niet zonder toestemming van Stanley Tools gewijzigd worden.
Deze Garantie heeft geen invloed op de statutaire rechten van de consumenten die dit
product kopen.
Op deze Garantie is Engels recht van toepassing en Stanley Tools en de koper komen overeen
dat eventuele geschillen of zaken voortvloeiend uit of in verband met deze Garantie onder de
exclusieve jurisdictie van het Engelse recht.
BELANGRIJKE OPMERKING: De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het juiste gebruik van en de
zorg voor het apparaat. De klant is tevens verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke inspectie van
de nauwkeurigheid van het laserapparaat en dus voor de ijking van het apparaat.
IJking en onderhoud zijn niet gedekt door de garantie.
Er kunnen wijzigingen worden doorgevoerd zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
