4. El recipiente para el zumo tiene
una boquilla de acero inoxidable. Si
quieres que el zumo se quede en el
recipiente para el zumo, presiona
hacia arriba la boquilla para cerrarla.
Si quieres que el zumo caiga en el
vaso, presiona hacia abajo la boquilla
para abrirla.
5. Coloca sobre el cono exprimidor
la mitad de una fruta mirando hacia
abajo y presiónala hacia abajo. El mo-
tor se enciende y apaga solo gracias
a su función automática Start-Stop.
6. El aparato se vuelve a apagar al
dejar de presionar. Repite este paso
para obtener una cantidad óptima
de zumo. Si se aplica demasiada
presión, el motor podría bloquearse.
En este caso, deberías reducir un
poco la presión.
7. Si pasado un corto espacio de
tiempo vas a querer exprimir fruta
de nuevo, puedes tapar el aparato
de manera higiénica con la tapa
durante la pausa.
CONSEJOS PARA EXPRIMIR
• Los zumos de cítricos deben tomarse recién exprimidos. Bajo ningún concepto
deben almacenarse en envases de metal.
• Los zumos de cítricos son ideales para mezclas. Para una porción extra de
vitamina C puedes, por ejemplo, mezclar zumo de naranja con zumo de limón.
• Los zumos recién exprimidos no solo saben genial, sino que hacen que los
cócteles también se conviertan en una verdadera experiencia de sabor.
• El zumo de limón recién exprimido también le da al té caliente un sabor especial
y refuerza al mismo tiempo las defensas.
