La masa no se está cortan-
do correctamente.
Añade un poco más de harina a la masa y amásala bien
otra vez. Comienza el proceso de estirado desde el
principio.
La masa se pega a la má-
quina para pasta.
Los rodillos no agarran la
masa correctamente.
Añade un poco de agua a la masa y vuelve a amasarla
bien.
La masa se rompe.
No se pueden quitar los
restos de masa.
Deja que los restos de masa se sequen e intenta quitar-
los. La próxima vez que uses la máquina, utiliza un trozo
pequeño de masa para pasarlo entre los rodillos y elimi-
nar la suciedad. Deberás tirar este trozo de masa.
La masa se alarga dema-
siado.
Córtala por la mitad y procesa cada mitad por separado.
La pasta se pega al cocerla.
Deja que la pasta fresca se seque primero antes de
cocerla.
Si Nonna presenta algún defecto, contacta con un servicio técnico profesional. No
intentes reparar el aparato por tu cuenta.
