8. With the help of the pulse function

you can control the mixing speed

manually. The pulse function is

made for gently folding in ingre-

dients and the precise control of

the mixing result.

9. While processing the food, ingre-

dients can easily be added through

the filler opening within the splash

guard.

10. In order to stop the stand mixer, set

the speed control back to OFF.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Aer every use, the stand mixer should be cleaned and dried as follows. Insuf-

ficient or improper care of the device may aﬀect the functionality of the stand

mixer.

1. Always remove the power plug

from the socket before cleaning.

2. Do not use any abrasive deter-

gents since they could damage the

suace.

3. Never dip the engine head into

water or hold it under running

water. Simply clean the engine

head with a so, dry or damp cloth.

4. For easy cleaning, just clean the

used accessories with water.

Remove the accessories from the

device. Watch out for sharp blades.

5. Wash the device pas tho-

roughly by hand or in the

dishwasher. All detachable pas

except for the stand mixer itself

are dishwasher-safe.

6. Should the accessories be disco-

lored by food like carrots, oranges,

etc., rub them with a cloth soaked

with cooking oil. Aer that, clean

the accessories.
