2. Enfría la mezcla y los ingredientes
a unos 6-8 °C (temperatura de
frigorífico).
3. Haz puré con las frutas justo antes
de prepararlas y añade trozos de
fruta hacia el final del proceso de
congelación.
4. El alcohol aumenta el tiempo de
enfriamiento. Utiliza ingredientes
que contengan alcohol en pequeñas
dosis añadiéndolos únicamente al
final del proceso de enfriamiento.
5. Coloca el recipiente para helado en
el interior del aparato.
6. Conecta la paleta mezcladora a la
barra situada en el recipiente.
7. Vierte la mezcla enfriada en el
recipiente. Asegúrate de que
no supere la capacidad máxima
recomendada. Asegúrate de que el
recipiente no supere los 2/3 de la
capacidad total, ya que la mezcla se
expandirá al congelarse.
8. Pon la tapa transparente en el
recipiente y gírala en el sentido
contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta
que quede cerrada.
9. Enchufa el cable de alimentación
y enciende el botón ON/OFF. La
pantalla indicará “60:00”.
10. Selecciona la función ICE CREAM
pulsando repetidamente el botón
de Menú. Selecciona el período de
tiempo adecuado con el control; si
está llena en 2/3, te recomendamos
60 minutos.
11. A continuación, pulsa el botón
START/STOP. El dispositivo
empezará el proceso de mezcla y
enfriamiento.
12. Si el helado aún no está sólido al
terminar el ciclo, puedes dejarlo
enfriando hasta 60 minutos. Si la
mezcla se enfría antes de que
termine el ciclo, el aparato se
detendrá y podrás sacar el helado.
13. Mientras está en funcionamiento,
puedes aumentar la duración del
ciclo pulsando el botón TIME [+] en
incrementos de 1 minuto hasta un
máximo de 60. Si pulsas el botón
TIME [-], se reducirá la duración del
ciclo.
14. El tiempo restante se indica en la
pantalla del aparato.
15. Cuando termine el ciclo, el aparato
se detendrá automáticamente tras
emitir un sonido de aviso. La
pantalla mostrará el mensaje
“0:00”.
16. Si no sacas el helado dentro de 10
minutos desde que suene el aviso, la
función de enfriamiento automático
se quedará encendida durante un
máximo de 60 minutos para evitar
que se derrita. No dejes el helado en
el aparato durante más tiempo ya
que puede volverse duro y astillarse.
