Door middel van het Global Postitioning System (GPS) bepaalt de Spotter de actuele locatie. Hierbij wordt gebruik gemaakt van de hoogste GPS-klasse wat
ervoor zorgt dat locaties zeer nauwkeurig zijn. Vervolgens worden deze locaties verstuurd naar uw online account waarop u alle gegevens bekijkt.
5.1. Eerste keer in gebruik
Laadt voordat de Spotter in gebruik wordt genomen eerst de batterij volledig op in 2 tot 3 uur. Gebruik hiervoor de bijgeleverde USB-kabel en oplader.
Tijdens het laden brandt het blauwe led-licht welke uitgaat als de batterij volledig is opgeladen.
5.2. Uit- en aanzetten
Druk de aan-knop 1 seconde in om de Spotter aan te zetten, de led-lichten gaan nu snel knipperen. Bij het opladen gaat de Spotter automatisch aan. Om de
locatie te kunnen bepalen activeert u de Spotter buiten of in de buurt van het raam voor een goed GPS-bereik. Voor het uitzetten van de Spotter drukt u de
SOS-knop tegelijk in met de aan-knop gedurende 3 seconden, nu gaan alle led-lichten uit.
6. Aan de slag
6.1. Account aanmaken
De Spotter wordt gekoppeld aan een online account, waarop u alle gegevens bekijkt en beheert. U gaat hiervoor naar www.spottergps.com en klikt op
“Inloggen”. Als u geen account heeft, maakt u hier een account aan.
6.2. Spotter koppelen
Log nu in op uw online account waarna een scherm verschijnt met de vraag tot invoer van uw Spottercode. Hier voert u de Spottercode in die op het pasje
staat in de verpakking. Dit is een unieke code die bij de betreffende Spotter hoort. Nu het online account en de Spotter zijn gekoppeld, is de Spotter actief!
6.3. App downloaden
Ook onderweg bekijkt u gegevens via de Spotter app voor de Smartphone en Tablet. De Spotter app is geschikt voor iOS en Android welke u kunt
downloaden in de Appstore (iOS) en Playstore (Android).
