INSTRUCCIONES PARA EJERCICIOS

1.Fase de calentamiento
Esta fase le ayuda a hacer fluir la sangre por todo el cuerpo y los músculos
trabajan correctamente. También reduce el riesgo de calambre y de lesión
muscular. Es recomendable hacer algunos de los ejercicios de estiramiento tal
como se muestran abajo. Cada estiramiento debe mantenerse por aprox. 30
segundos, no esfuerce o estire demasiado sus músculos - si le duele,
DETÉNGASE.
2. Fase de ejercicio
Esta es la fase en donde pond todo su esfuerzo. Después de un uso
constante, los músculos en sus piernas serán más fuertes. Es muy importante
mantener un ritmo constante de principio a fin. El ritmo de trabajo debe ser
suficiente para aumentar su frecuencia cardíaca en la zona objetivo mostrada
en el siguiente gráfico.
