12. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Congratulations on your purchase of a Massage Vibration Plate.

Our Sportstech brand products undergo strict quality controls. If the product you have purchased

still has a problem, please contact our customer support. If you have questions about your ﬁtness

equipment, our friendly staff from the service department will be most pleased to help you.

To prove the purchase and handover of the product, we recommend that you keep the dated proof

of purchase, the invoice and the receipt for the period of the warranty.

In accordance with the European warranty law, which were amended on January 01, 2002, you

have a statutory warranty period of 2 years. The warranty period begins with the handover of the

massage vibrating plate by the specialist dealer. In addition to the basic 2-year warranty period, there

is also a legal reversal of the burden of proof for a period of 6 months after delivery of the product. It

is the seller's responsibility to prove, if an error occurs, that the defect was not present at the time of

delivery and was not caused by improper use, functional wear or misuse.

The warranty does NOT apply to:

1. All parts of the device that are subject to functional wear, except in the case of production or

material defects.

2. Damage caused by improper use and force majeure.

3. Damage caused by improper or inadequate care, non-expert repairs, modiﬁcations to, or the

replacement of parts.

Authorized warranty claims are LEGAL if:

1. The complaint or defect at the time of delivery to the customer already existed.

2. No natural or functional wear was the cause or the regular wear or change of the goods

3. The damage or error was not caused due to lack of care by the fact that no proper use of the

device was made.
