Horizontale opstelling
(Een onjuiste opstelling kan leiden tot het ontstaan van geluidshinder.)
Hoe bevestig ik de oefentouwen?
Lijn de basis uit zodat alle poten gelijkmatig de grond raken en de trilplaat waterpas staat.
Trek de houder voor de oefentouwen onder de behuizing uit en bevestig de touwen.

De meegeleverde trainingstouwen / power ropes aanpassen
De power ropes verlengen
1. Neem het touw in je linkerhand en duw met je rechterhand een stuk touw van
de gewenste lengte van onder naar boven door de middelste opening (zie
afbeelding 1).
2. Pak het touw bij de onderliggende opening en trek de gewenste hoeveelheid
touw uit (zie afbeelding 2).
3. Trek het touw aan de onderkant aan (zie afbeelding 4) en lijn het handvat vóór
de training uit.
De power ropes verkorten
1. Neem het touw in je linkerhand en duw met je rechterhand een stuk touw van
de gewenste lengte van onder naar boven door de middelste opening (zie
afbeelding 1).
2. Trek het touw aan de rechterkant van de bovenste drie openingen aan (zie
afbeelding 3) en lijn het handvat vóór de training uit.
Tip: Herhaal deze stappen tot het touw de gewenste lengte heeft.
