7 YOGA - simuliert eine sehr hohe Beanspruchung mit Wechsel zwischen Level 71 und 162.
Gehen Joggen Rennen
Um die Bewegungsübung zu intensivieren, stellen Sie Ihre Füße weiter auseinander. Stellen Sie für das Gehen die
Füße dicht beieinander, mittlere Schrittweite für eine simuliertes Joggen und die äußere Fußposition für ein simuliertes
Rennen und die höchste Beanspruchung.
Die Automatik-Programme sind auf 15 min begrenzt und in den Geschwindigkeiten vorprogrammiert.
