De noodremfunctie:
Dezelfde knop waarmee je de weerstand regelt dient ook als noodrem.
Gebruik deze altijd als je snel van het trainingsapparaat af moet om zo het vliegwiel tot stilstand te
brengen. Om de noodrem te bedienen druk je stevig op de spanningsknop (52).
• Om de hoogte van het zadel aan te passen, maak je eerst de L-vormige hendel op de verticale
zadelsteun van het hoofdframe los en trek je deze uit. Druk of trek de zadelrail naar de gewenste
hoogte, zodanig dat de bestaande gaten in de rail en de zadelsteun samenvallen. Nu kun je de
L-vormige hendel loslaten en vastdraaien.
• Om het zadel naar voren in de richting van het stuur of naar achter te verplaatsen, maak je de
verstelhendel met de sluitring los en trek je de hendel terug. Schuif de zadelrail in de gewenste
positie. Zorg ervoor dat de gaten samenvallen en draai de verstelhendel weer vast.
• Om de hoogte van het stuur te verstellen, maak je de verstelveer en de tweede handgreep
los en trek je beiden terug. Schuif de stuurstang langs de houder van het hoofdframe naar de
gewenste hoogte. Als de verstelgaten gelijk liggen, trek je de verstelveer aan en de tweede hand-
greep weer aan.
