1. INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTE
Al usar la caminadora siempre se deben seguir las precauciones básicas,
incluyendo las siguientes instrucciones de seguridad importantes. Lea todas las
instrucciones antes de usar este producto.
• Es importante leer todo este manual antes de ensamblar y usar el equipo.
• Sólo podrá conseguirse un uso efectivo si la máquina se ensambla, mantiene y usa de manera
adecuada. Es su responsabilidad asegurarse de que todos los usuarios de la máquina conozcan
todas las advertencias y precauciones.
• Antes de comenzar un programa de ejercicios debe consultar a su médico para determinar si
tiene condiciones médicas o físicas que podrían poner su salud y seguridad en riesgo, o que
le impedirían usar la máquina adecuadamente. El consejo de su médico es importante si está
tomando medicamentos que afectan su frecuencia cardíaca, presión sanguínea o nivel de
colesterol.
• Tenga presente las señales de su cuerpo. El ejercicio incorrecto o excesivo puede perjudicar su
salud. Deje de ejercitarse si experimenta cualquiera de los siguientes síntomas: dolor, presión en
el pecho, frecuencia cardíaca irregular, dificultad para respirar, aturdimiento, mareo o nauseas. Si
experimenta alguna de estas condiciones debe consultar a su médico antes de continuar con su
programa de ejercicio.
• Mantenga a los niños y mascotas lejos de la máquina. La máquina está diseñada únicamente
para adultos.
• Use la máquina sobre una superficie sólida y uniforme con una protección para su alfombra
o suelo. Para mayor seguridad, la máquina debe tener al menos 0.5 metros de espacio libre
alrededor.
• Antes de usar esta máquina, revise que todas las tuercas y tornillos estén bien apretados.
• La máquina sólo puede usarse de manera segura realizando una revisión periódica en busca de
daños y desgaste.
• Siempre use la máquina según lo indicado. Si encuentra algún componente defectuoso durante
el ensamblaje o revisión de la máquina, o si escucha ruidos anormales provenientes de la misma
durante su uso, deténgase inmediatamente. No use la máquina hasta que se haya solucionado el
problema.
• Use ropa adecuada al usar la máquina. Evite usar ropa que puede quedar atrapada en la
máquina o que puede limitar o evitar el movimiento.
• La máquina ha sido comprobada de acuerdo a la clase H.C. Peso máximo del usuario: 100kg.
La capacidad de frenado depende de la velocidad.
• La máquina no es apta para uso terapéutico.
• Debe tenerse cuidado al levantar o mover la máquina para no lastimar su espalda. Siempre use
técnicas de levantamiento adecuadas y/o busque ayuda si es necesario.

  • I have the RSX600 model and it has developed an "ERR4" code on the display console. I have changed the sensor incorporated seat rail and fitted a new console and still cannot get rid of the above code which is preventing the rowing machine from functioning.
    Can you please help?
