instructions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this
equipment.
• Follow Instructions – All operational and usage instructions shouldbe followed.
• Do Not Remove Cover – No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer the servicing to qualified service
personnel.
• Connect This Treadmill to A Properly Grounded Outlet Only.
• Do Not Share The Outlet With Other High-Power Household Appliance – Such as Microwave
oven, air-conditioning, etc.
• This product is for use on a nominal 230-volt and 12-amp circuit.
• Indoor Use Only – Do not use this treadmill near moisture and dustarea.
• Never place any kind objects on the treadmill. Never spill any kind of liquid on the treadmill.
• Only one person on the treadmill at a time.
• Wear appropriate exercise clothes and shoes when using thetreadmill. Do not wear loose clothes
that could become caught in the treadmill.
• Children under the age of 12 and pets should avoid the treadmill atall times. Children over the
age of 12 should not use the treadmillwithout adult supervision.
• Keep the product away from hot surfaces.
• Cleaning or Maintenance-Unplug the power cord before cleaning or maintenance.
• Do Not Operate the Treadmill- if the power cord or plug is damaged,or if the treadmill is not
working properly.
• Place the treadmill on a level surface only.
• If you experience any kind of symptoms, including but not limited tochest pain, surfeit, nausea,
dizziness, or shortness of breath, stopexercising immediately and consult your physician before
continuing.
• Please consult your GP before running, if you experience any one of the following diseases:
Cardiopathy, hypertension, sugar diabetes, respiratory disease, smoking, and other chronic
diseases, complication disease. If you are over 35 years old and overweight. Women who
are pregnant or in breast feeding period. If you are using pacemaker or any kind of medical
equipment.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug the treadmill from the electrical
outlet immediately after using and before cleaning, assembling, or servicing the tread
mill.
