4. Left/Right Handrail Arms, Left/Right Foot Bars, Left/Right Foot Pedals, Foot

Bar Covers-A/B and Foot bar Bracket Cover Installation

Remove two M8x20 Bolts (36), two Ø8 Spring Washers (37), two Ø8xØ25 Big Washers (38), and

two Ø38x3 D Washers (39) from the left and right horizontal axes of the Front Post (2).

Attach the Left Handrail Arm (3) onto the left horizontal axis of the Front Post (2) with one M8x20

Bolt (36), one Ø8 Spring Washer (37), one Ø8xØ25 Big Washers (38), and one Ø38x3 D Washer

(39) that were removed.

Attach the left U Shape Bracket (60) to the left Crank (106) with one 1/2” Bolt (57)for left U Shape

Bracket (60), Ø28xØ17x0.3 Wave Washer (58), Ø13xØ20x2 Spring Washer (61), and 1/2” Left

Nylon Nut (57).Attach the Foot bar Bracket Cover(56) onto the rear end of the Left Foot Bar(4) with

one screw ST4.2x20(29).

The Left foot bar (4) is attached using Bolt (57) which has a left-hand thread. Turn anti-clockwise to

tighten. The Right foot bar (6) is attached using Bolt (63) which has a right hand thread.

Turn clockwise to tighten. Attach the Left Foot Pedal (48) onto the Left Foot Bar (4) with three M6

Nylon Nuts (33), three Ø6xØ12x1.0 Washers (51), and three M6x40 Bolts (50). Attach the Foot Bar

Covers-A/B (42,43) onto the Left Foot Bar (4) with two ST4.2x20 Phillips Self Tapping Screws (29).

Repeat above step to attach the Right Handrail Arm (5) onto the right horizontal axis of the

Front Post (2) and right Footbar (6)to the Crank (107).
