Start/stop
U kunt met deze toets een training starten of stoppen. Wanneer u tijdens een programma op de stop toets
drukt, pauzeert de training. Om verder te gaan met de training drukt u op de start toets. Om de training te
beëindigen en terug te keren naar het hoofdmenu druk op de reset toets.
Reset
Via de reset toets kunt u terugkeren naar het hoofdmenu. Als er een programma actief is dient u eerst op de
stop toets te drukken om via de reset toets terug te keren naar het hoofdmenu. Houdt de reset toets enkele
seconden ingedrukt voor een totale reset.
Mode
Dit is de MODE knop die rechts op uw computerpaneel zit. Het handige aan deze knop is dat u snel uw
instellingen aan kunt passen door op de knop te drukken. Door op de knop te drukken gebruikt u de enter
functie van de knop.
Up/down
Tijdens het programma kunt u de UP/DOWN knop gebruiken om de weerstand te verhogen of te verlagen.
Recovery
Hiermee activeert u het recovery programma. Dit is een functie die uw conditie test. De conditietest kunt u
activeren door tijdens het trainen op de RECOVERY knop te drukken. U dient er wel voor te zorgen dat u een
borstband om heeft tijdens de test, of de sensoren vasthoudt. De tijd zal gaan lopen vanaf de 01:00 naar de
00:00. Wanneer de minuut voorbij is, zal het resultaat op het scherm worden weergegeven, van F1 t/m F6.
De resultaten houden het volgende in:
• F1 = Uitmuntend
• F1 - F2 = Zeer goed
• F2 - F2,9 = Goed
• F3 – F3,9 = Gemiddeld
• F4 – F5,9 = Onder het gemiddelde
• F6 = Slecht
Hartslag
Om gebruik te kunnen maken van de hartslagfuncties dient u een borstband om te hebben, of de daarvoor
bestemde handvatten vast te houden. Wilt u uw hartslag meten via de handvatten, klem dan uw handen dan
op de metalen plaatjes op de handvatten. Wilt u de hartslag meten via de borstband, zorg dan eerst dat u de
binnenzijde van de borstband (deze die contact met uw huid maakt) bevochtigt en bevestig de hartslagband
daarna vlak onder uw borst. De ingebouwde ontvanger in de computer zal nu uw hartslag op het scherm
weergeven.
De Programma's
Manual
Tijdens het manual programma wordt de weerstand niet automatisch verhoogd/verlaagd; u kunt gedurende
het trainen handmatig de weerstand aanpassen.
